Welcome to Kriya Wellness
Massage has been a life changing experience for me and I’m so grateful to share it with you! I came to massage after years of teaching yoga and decided to make a career change during the pandemic. Prior to teaching yoga, I was living with a lot of anxiety and depression. Yoga helped me learn to slow down and massage has really expanded on that so much. I take an intuitive approach with each client and I believe that massage is a way of processing things, And processing takes time.
In 2024 I opened Kriya Wellness and shortly after I started Ashiatsu training. Ashiatsu has been a game changer for so many clients! The pressure I can give using my feet and body weight allows me to get deep into the muscles and lets the nervous system relax fully. I’ve seen clients walk away with greater hip mobility and avoid back surgery after Ashi session. Learning Ashi has been the highlight of my career so far!

Ashiatsu
Ashiatsu is my most requested modality and for good reason. With Ashiatsu, aka barefoot massage, I can access deep muscles and provide an incredibly relaxing experience. it’s the best way to smooth out your muscles and truly relax the body. You may feel sore the day after, but the results tend to last longer than a typical deep tissue session. Once you go Ashi, you’ll never go back!
Kriya Massage
Kriya sessions are customizable for whatever you might need the most. I use a combination of traditional swedish, deep tissue, theragun therapy, cupping, craniosacral therapy, and other techniques to give clients exactly what they need in each session. Kriya sessions are great for spots that need more detailed work. Reiki can be included in any Kriya session as well!
Reiki
I have been a level 2 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner since 2022. Reiki energy work is a great way to destress and reconnect to yourself. Reiki sessions can have a variety of outcomes. Some clients take a nap during their sessions, while others have deeply spiritual/emotional experiences. My job is to hold space for you and act as a conduit for Reiki energy flow. I often use aspects of sound healing, palo santo, and connecting with your chakras in each session. Reiki can be included in any Kriya session as well for a truly magical experience!
